Hall Hire
We have two halls available to hire in Frankston South and on the beach in Mount Eliza:
Canadian Bay Beach Hall
Williams Road, Mt Eliza
Our Canadian Bay beach hall features a first floor meeting room with seating for fifteen and a magnificent view! A white board and projector screen are available for use.
Guests are spoilt with direct beach access and a modern mezzanine floor providing enviable views across Port Phillip Bay.
The hall is appointed with a modern stainless steel kitchen and bathrooms with showers and disabled access. A fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, urn and kitchen utensils are provided.
Overnight stays are a real treat, sleeping up to 30 people, on their own bedding, in three separate areas. Scouting groups please check for discounted hall hire rates.

Humphries Road Hall
Corner of Humphries Road & Baden Powell Drive, Frankston South
Our Humphries Road hall is equiped with modern bathrooms and a stainless steel kitchen including a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, urn and kitchen utensils.
The building is wheelchair accessible, including toilet facilities.
Our hall is popular with many local community groups and businesses who offer day time activities such as Thai Chi, Line Dancing and Singing for children. We encourage you to support these local businesses. Their details can be found on our Friends of BPP page.

Hiring our halls
Both halls are available to hire for one-off events or on a regular, long-term basis for suitable activities, at negotiated rates.
Hirers on a longer term basis need to carry public liability insurance to the value of $10 million, which nominates the venue and the activity.
Short term hirers need to enter into a hall hire agreement, but do not require public liability insurance, even though it is recommended. The public liability insurance carried by Baden Powell Park Scout Group for its venues only covers scouting activities.
Because of their proximity to residential developments and the Scouting Association’s policy on alcohol, neither are available for parties, amplified music and band practice.
